Purchases and Payments
MaahesMedia does not store raw card data. Stripe handles consultation card details and Gumroad or another approved provider may handle product purchases. MaahesMedia stores only payment status, transaction references, and a one-way hash used to restore a private consultation booking.
Email and Messaging
Marketing messages should follow consent and unsubscribe preferences. Transactional messages about accounts, purchases, invoices, files, or service delivery may still be sent when needed.
Orbit and AI-Assisted Workflows
Operational tools may summarize intake, inbox, project, or support information so requests can be handled more clearly. Research and review exports should be redacted by default.
